Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
You may use Chash only if you meet the minimum age and legal requirements that apply in your jurisdiction. By using Chash, you represent that you are allowed to use the service.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and activity that happens through your account. Keep your information accurate and do not share access in a way that puts the account or other users at risk.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Chash for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. This includes posting or streaming nudity, illegal content, hateful conduct, harassment, threats, exploitation, spam, or content that endangers other people or the service.
4. Live Streaming Rules
Live streams and live chat must follow Chash rules and any moderation directions we issue. Hosts and participants must not use live features to share prohibited content or disrupt the experience for others.
5. User Content Responsibility
You remain responsible for content you upload, send, post, or stream through Chash. You must have the rights needed to share your content, and your use of the service must not violate the rights of others.
6. Moderation Rights
We may review reports, investigate misconduct, remove content, limit feature access, or take other moderation steps to protect users and the platform. We may act when we believe conduct violates these terms or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.
7. Blocking, Suspension, and Bans
Chash may block access to content or features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users for violations, abuse, repeated misconduct, or other behavior that harms users or the service.
8. Service Availability
We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Chash at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always be available.
9. Third-Party Services
Some parts of Chash may work through third-party services such as app stores, infrastructure providers, or camera effect providers that help us operate the app. If you use those services, their own terms or policies may also apply.
10. Important Legal Note
We work to keep Chash available, safe, and reliable, but we cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
